About Rodney Rosalia
Originally from the Dutch Caribbean island of Curaçao, Rodney moved to the Netherlands at 17 to pursue his academic and professional ambitions. With over a decade of international experience in healthcare operations, digital transformation & IT, clinical research and business process improvement, he has built a strong global network and a reputation for driving data-driven transformation in healthcare.
Now based in North Macedonia with his wife and two daughters, Rodney leads ASR Healthcare Consulting - offering strategic and operational advisory services to healthcare providers and institutions across Europe and beyond.
Education
Rodney holds a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences (Enschede) and a Master’s degree in Oncology (Amsterdam). He completed his PhD in Tumor Immunology and Cancer Immunotherapy at Leiden University. With a strong interest in healthcare leadership, he later pursued an Executive MBA in Finance and Accounting at the Maastricht School of Management.
His academic path is complemented by certifications in PRINCE2 Agile® project management, Good Clinical Practice (ICH-GCP), and business finance, providing a solid foundation for delivering strategic advisory in healthcare innovation and operations.

Believing in the importance of physical and mental well-being, Rodney is an avid CrossFit enthusiast. A lifelong supporter of Ajax and FC Barcelona, he brings the same energy and discipline from sport into his professional life.
On weekends, he enjoys exploring culinary creativity—crafting dishes that fuse Caribbean heritage with international cuisine, often complemented by carefully selected wine pairings.
